Tirana–Elbasan Motorway is a four-lane highway in central Albania and part of A3 motorway. It is ~27km long and covers the distance between the two cities with the optimum and shortest route. Project was co-financed from Islamic Bank for reconstruction. Krrabe tunnel (Segment 2) involves the construction of a 5km tunnel. Final detailed tunnel designs.
