The company OMIKRON KAPPA CONSULTING S.A. collects personal data of visitors / users only when they voluntarily provide them for the purpose of providing services / asking queries / applying for a position.

The visitor / user grants the company permission to collect, maintain and process the personal data it has given on its own free will.

OMIKRON KAPPA CONSULTING S.A. does not sell or otherwise transmit or disclose personal information of the visitors / users of the platform to third parties not related to it without the consent of the visitor / user, except only in the event that the company is obligated to do so due to legislation and request from the pertinent public authorities.

OMIKRON KAPPA CONSULTING S.A. is possible to process part or all of the data sent by the visitors / users for statistical purposes and to improve the information services provided, as well as, for communication purposes and for filling in available job positions.

OMIKRON KAPPA CONSULTING S.A. may collect user platform identification data using corresponding technologies such as cookies and / or Internet Protocol (IP) address tracking.
