Today, 36% of our professionals are women, marking a 12% increase compared to the previous year. It is also worth noting that 23% of our management team are women, actively contributing to strategic decision-making and shaping our company’s direction.

The women of OMIKRON KAPPA are active across a wide range of specialties — as Engineers (Geotechnical and Structural), Geologists, CAD specialists, as well as in Compliance and Administrative roles — demonstrating that technical expertise, scientific knowledge, and professional development are fields of equal participation and contribution.
