Hotel complex 34,550 m², comprising of 14 independent buildings (bungalows), 1 3-storey building ≈ 25,500 m², 1 building ≈ 5,000 m² and a restaurant.

Scope: Mapping, documentation and pathology of existing structures, structural adequacy, investigation and proposal of concrete rehabilitations and reinforcements, geotechnical and structural designs of the new structures (new swimming pools, water tanks, biological treatment unit, used oil separator), BIM design.
