5* & 4* Hotel Complexes (total capacity: 252 beds), at Syvota Thesprotia, Northwestern Greece, total area ≈ 32,500 m² and total build up area 6,500 m².

Scope: Geotechnical and structural designs of the hotel complexes structures, retaining walls (preliminary and detailed designs). Internal road network and parking facilities designs, designs for the ringroad connecting to the provincial road network, stormwater and respective arrangements designs.
