The official inauguration of the Skouries Copper-Gold Mine in Chalkidiki, Greece, on October 8, 2026, in the presence of the Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, marks a significant milestone for one of Europe’s major copper and gold mining investments.

Our involvement in the Skouries Mining Project has encompassed several critical areas of engineering, including:

• 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Ground investigations, slope stability assessments, excavation and embankment design, and foundation engineering for major industrial facilities.
• 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Engineering studies for the Skouries processing plant, associated earthworks, retaining structures and supporting infrastructure.
• 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Hydraulic and geotechnical engineering, dam design, stability assessments, risk analyses and technical studies for tailings management infrastructure.
• 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Technical and permitting studies for underground mine access systems, shafts, ramps and associated road infrastructure.
  The scale and complexity of the Skouries project demonstrate the importance of multidisciplinary engineering expertise, rigorous technical design and long-term collaboration in delivering major industrial investments.
